My stay at this hotel, Bahia Principe Grand El Portillo, was truly amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The food and variety of options were outstanding, especially the all-inclusive package that allowed me to enjoy delicious meals at nice restaurants and unlimited drinks. The pool area was great, and the proximity to the beautiful beach was a true paradise. The wifi was also great throughout my entire trip, despite some reviews stating otherwise.

Enjoyed the exceptional views, especially from the cable car. The hot, humid climate made for lush vegetation that looked almost supernatural. Loved the magical night at the Laguna Luminosa.

The beach is stunning and easily accessible, with the option to walk to Las Terrenas along the coastline. The resort's cleanliness and the beautiful beaches and pool add to the overall appeal. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Activities like beach volleyball with Jordan provide fun entertainment during the day.

The staff, including Francisco, Manuel, Carlos, Rony, Pedro. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by palm trees, creating a tropical paradise atmosphere.

The hotel facilities were great, with enough places at the beach to lay down and relax. The buffet had an amazing variety of food, and the staff had a good attitude. The location was convenient and between 7 and 9 p.m, the transportation from the airport parking lot was in the hot sun. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable.
