The hotel had immaculately maintained grounds and a wide range of amenities. We enjoyed the internal transportation, which made it easy to get around the hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect, right by the beautiful beach. The staff were friendly and spoke multiple languages. We also loved the events and attractions offered by the hotel.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities throughout. The hotel location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated the spacious bathrooms, which had a large shower with a swinging glass door, twin sinks with a full-wall mirror, and a decent sized closet with a safe and robes.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The colors of the ocean were stunning. The beach was clean and there was very little seaweed compared to other beaches. The grounds of the hotel were immaculate. The location of my room was convenient, close to the pool, lobby, and beach, so I didn't need to use the train. The lunch buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location was great for exploring outside of the resort, and I felt very safe. The staff, including Robert at the Mexican restaurant and Gilberto at La Paisana and El Arrecife Beach restaurant, were attentive and friendly. The room had a spacious bathroom with a swinging glass door for the shower, twin sinks with a large mirror, and a decent-sized closet with a safe and robes.

The grounds were large and beautiful, and there were several pools, lobbys, and restaurants to choose from. The beach was stunning, with plenty of shade and lounge chairs. The best part was the variety of dining options. We enjoyed buffet breakfast and lunch, and had delicious dinners at the ala carte restaurants. The El Dorado Steakhouse and Hibachi Japanese Dinner show were particularly enjoyable. The quality of the meals was good, considering we're from a place known for its food. we had a great experience.

There were a few negatives during our stay. The AC broke down for about 24 hours, which made our room uncomfortably hot.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms, grounds, and beach was exceptional. The location was perfect, as we were close to the pool, lobby, and beach, which meant we didn't need to use the train. The hotel facilities were great, with a variety of restaurants to choose from, including the amazing hibachi restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially our chef Francisco and our chauffeur Luis Alberto. We also enjoyed feeding the ducks, turtles, fish, and other wildlife in the hotel's surroundings.

The pool activities and nightly entertainment were enjoyable. The spa area was great and the staff were professional. Helpful Spa representative and entertaining entertainment team. Grounds are well-maintained and there is snack food available. I felt safe throughout my trip.

I had an incredible time at this resort. The gardens were stunning and the A la carte restaurants offered delicious dinners. The buffet restaurants were huge and the pools and bars were fantastic. The staff, especially the housekeeping ladies and the people working at the bars, were friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location of the villas was perfect, whether it was close to the beach, pool, or restaurants. The highlight of my stay was the Chic Cabaret, an amazing show that ended my holiday on a high note.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was fantastic and the location was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay at Palladium.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

Had a fantastic new year at this resort! The beautiful beach and crystal blue water were absolutely stunning. Plenty of palm trees provided shade, and there were lots of chairs available all day. The pools were also great, with nearby bars for easy access to drinks. The resort itself was clean and well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping. The buffet had a huge selection of food, and we always found something we liked. The staff at the spa were amazing, and we had a wonderful experience there.

The service at the resort was a letdown. Some staff members were rude and uninterested, which was not what we expected for a vacation.

I had an incredible stay at the resort! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with refreshing cocktails and a warm welcome. The staff, especially Wilkin, went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was top-notch. The restaurants at the resort were fantastic, but La Cathedral stood out with its amazing service from Thalia. I treated myself to an 80-minute massage at the spa, and it was worth every penny. Afterward, relaxing in the jacuzzi was pure bliss. The housekeeper in Villa 17 on the 4th floor took excellent care of our room, making it smell fresh and clean even with our sweaty clothes from a buggy excursion. Just outside the resort, Delisa's restaurant offered incredible food. the service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and I enjoyed my time so much that I even joined their world travel club. I can't wait to come back!
