We enjoyed the stunning views of the ocean from our room, and the availability of food throughout the day was convenient. The complementary fruit basket and welcome drink were a nice touch. The location was great too, being close to the beach and having many activities nearby.

The service wasn't up to par. The communication between staff was poor, and we were given incorrect information multiple times.

I recently had my first visit to the Dominican Republic and stayed at a smaller resort with a lot of potential. I was impressed by the location of the resort, with the ocean just a short distance away. The room may not have been brand new, but it was always clean and had everything we needed. The food choices were plentiful and there was something for everyone's taste. The resort grounds were huge and the natural beauty of the surroundings was amazing. I must mention Carlos, who was always polite and went out of his way to help us during our stay. His kindness made a difference in our experience.

The value for money at this hotel was great, especially with the premium room and Jacuzzi. The location was beautiful, with a stunning beach and lovely facilities. The staff were friendly and welcoming, with special mention to the helpful and friendly Premium concierge lady Lizette.

The restaurant options in this hotel are front and center, making it easy to access them. The premium areas also offer great locations for guests to relax, despite some negative incidents reported outside of everything else happening. In addition, the rooms in this hotel are quite comfortable, featuring luxurious bathrooms, and good views from some of them. Guests can also enjoy a variety of activities and nice pool areas that make the trip even better.

Some vendors selling products could be quite pushy, causing unease to some non-confrontational guests.

My fiancé and I stayed at Impressive Premium for a total of 41 nights, and we didn't want to leave. The layout of the property was lovely, with well-lit walkways at night and everything conveniently close. The night club was a good size and the staff, including the hardworking manager, were absolutely amazing. The premium lobby staff were also top-notch. The room service was outstanding, with friendly and humorous staff, especially Jorge who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Other notable staff members like Edwin, Luis, and Liliana made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The butler, Carlos, was incredible and made our vacation even better by securing us a better room and being consistently helpful. The variety of food in the a la carte restaurants and the main restaurant was impressive.

We recently stayed at Impressive Premium for five days to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The resort is huge and the grounds are beautifully maintained with lush tropical plants. The room, beach, swim up bar, entertainment, and restaurants were all outstanding. The Open Sea International Buffet had a great spread of food and the drinks at the bars were plentiful and delicious. The staff, especially Alberto our concierge, were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We highly recommend this resort for a memorable vacation experience.
