I recently stayed at a hotel in Punta Cana and had an amazing experience at Lopesan. The level of sophistication and professionalism from the staff was truly impressive. The hotel was well-designed and kept extremely clean, with beautiful gardens and spacious, cozy rooms. The quality of the cosmetics and the gym facilities were also top-notch. One of the highlights of my stay was the restaurants, which had a fine dining feel and exceeded expectations for an all-inclusive resort. The hotel's beach, especially the part of Bavaro Beach it is located on, was fantastic. I highly recommend Lopesan to anyone looking for a memorable vacation.

Staff not overly friendly.

During my stay, I experienced warm greetings from the staff, and they were always joking around and being gentle with other guests. One instance that stood out was when a patron was being incredibly rude, but the staff handled the situation calmly and professionally. I also received excellent service from the chefs at the beach BBQ and from Jairo at the YOLO restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The breakfast had a variety of options and the view from the pool area was stunning. the facility had a clinic located near the coffee shop, which gave me peace of mind.

The beach would occasionally get crowded with noisy boats, which could sometimes obstruct the view.

Stayed at a great resort with beautiful beach, brand new modern design, and friendly staff at the buffet restaurant. The pools and garden were well-kept, and the location was perfect. There were also plenty of entertainment options for the whole family, including a pub, sports bar, arcade, and teens club. The food was exceptional, with top-tier quality and a wide variety of international cuisine. The drinks were also great, just make sure to ask for your preferred brand.

Gym was too hot, room had a mold smell, and staff service was inconsistent.

Great food and drink options. Incredible main pool with many smaller pools for less crowded options. Additional on-site amenities like gym, wine bar, tequila bar, arcade, and more. Beautifully designed and structured. Plenty of activities for all ages.

This resort is located in a great spot, just steps away from the breathtaking beach on the Boulevard. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with luxurious bathrooms and gorgeous views. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, always doing their best to make your stay unforgettable. The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of choices to suit all tastes. The swimming pools are fantastic, and there are plenty of activities and amenities to keep you entertained throughout your stay.

There is some inconsistency in the quality of the food and facilities, but overall, it's a great place to stay.

The buffet food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious Dominican dishes. The cocktails and drinks were strong and tasty. I loved that I could easily schedule restaurant reservations through their app, without any hassle. The beach was calm and beautiful, although I prefered a bit more waves. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the convenience of the wristband-key combo. The resort had great amenities, including a modern gym and waterparks. it was a fantastic experience.

Stunning beachfront location with beautiful pools, friendly staff, and entertaining Viva Lopesan entertainment crew. Variety of bar areas for evening enjoyment. Special mention to the Inari teppanyaki chefs for great entertainment during dinner.

Felt totally at home, no complaints at all.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, with a bar nearby where we could enjoy some karaoke and casino games. The employee named Rudy was outstanding, handling a difficult situation with grace. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the beach. The service was top-notch, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. We also appreciated the facilities, such as the gym and the shower and changing room before our late flight.

That the towels provided in the room were of poor quality.

what a birthday celebration! lopesan totally exceeded my expectations. the resort was beautiful and clean, with amazing food and top-notch service. the variety of activities like escape rooms, bowling, and a water park added a great touch to our stay. highly recommended!
