During my xmas vacation, I enjoyed the location of the hotel, which was a few steps away from the beach. The staff was polite and helpful, and they assisted us in arranging taxis and food delivery. The swimming pool was relaxing, and there was a separate area for small children. the complimentary water cooler in the specious and clean apartment was a nice touch.

The breakfast was not exceptional. The food was the same every day, which became monotonous after a while.

The accommodations were outstanding, with large, comfortable apartments and fully equipped kitchens. The hotel grounds were well maintained, with a fabulous pool area and a good size children's pool. The location was great, just a one-minute walk from a beautiful beach. We enjoyed the tranquility of the area and the friendly staff. Perfect for trekkers and a group of friends.

the location was perfect as it was very close to the beach, allowing me to easily access Playa Las Ballenas. Secondly, the rooms were well-equipped and I loved the fact that some of them had Jacuzzis on the terrace, providing an extra touch of luxury. Lastly, the staff were attentive and the basic amenities were excellent, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
