The staff is super nice and supportive. Spacious and clean rooms. All-inclusive with free chips, beer, and alcohol. Amazing pool, bar, and beach facilities. Great variety of cuisines with excellent service. Fantastic evening shows and activities. Premium alcohols with no limits.

Felt like being at home, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel had great bars, trolleys easily accessible, and delicious food in the main restaurant. Our room had a wonderful view and was well taken care of. We enjoyed the good facilities and the breakfast was tasty.

The noise levels in and around the hotel were very high, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.

The resort is well-kept and sits on a large property with other nearby hotels. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of included ala carte restaurants, with the Limbo gourmet restaurant being particularly good. The security measures are great, ensuring a safe stay. The rooms are well-maintained and offer a swim-up option.

The property is massive, but there are convenient little carts to take you around. You can use all the amenities for all the hotels on the resort property.

The resort had excellent food options with a variety of restaurants to choose from. The buffet had a wide selection of dishes and the freshly cooked scallops were a highlight. The newly renovated rooms were spacious, modern, and brightly decorated. The addition of new facilities such as the gym, sports bar, and coffee shop were a great advantage. The staff was friendly and provided top-notch service, making the stay enjoyable.

There were some negatives during the stay. The service at some of the a la carte restaurants, like Limbo, was slow.

I got great value for my money at this resort. The rooms were brand new and very spacious, making our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and other amenities. The staff treated us amazingly well, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
