The hotel offered a comfortable and well-appointed room with ample amenities. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, situated near the beach and offering stunning views. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.

The loud music from the bars made it difficult to enjoy the balconies and the pool area. The noise was overwhelming, especially in the afternoon.

We loved the stunning beauty of the resort and the impeccable service. The lunch at Rosewater's was absolutely fabulous, and the meals at Portofino, Patio, and Himitsu were excellent. Our room with an ocean view was perfect, and the nightly music added to the happy atmosphere. The hotel amenities were also top-notch, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The pool was enormous with plenty of seating and a swim-up bar. The beach was stunning with powdery white sand and was super easy to walk on. Our room, specifically the preferred club bungalow with a swim-out, was nothing short of fabulous. The bathroom had double rain showers and there was even an outdoor shower. The staff was incredible and took amazing care of us. Our butler, Narciso, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We also had a romantic dinner on the beach and enjoyed a relaxing spa experience. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a great selection of food. The service at the hibachi restaurant and breakfast buffets was excellent. We felt so welcome every day, especially thanks to Angela, Marilyn, and Hector at the preferred beach. And Leonardo looked after us in a very special manner. We truly felt like we were treated like VIPs!

There was a variety of dining options, including a buffet with healthy food choices and delicious treats like churros and donuts. The poolside restaurant also offered tasty meals for lunch and dinner. The staff, including the servers and entertainment team, were friendly and provided great service. The beach and rooms were beautiful, and the spa was top-notch. the resort provided a great environment for relaxation and offered plenty of activities to keep me entertained.

The facilities at Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa were amazing. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, the food at the restaurants was delicious, and the bars were great. The pool was fantastic, and the beach was like a dream with its white sand, coconut trees, and hammocks. The staff was always kind and smiling, and the entertainment team was excellent. The resort also had wifi everywhere, even in the middle of the sea. It was truly the best hotel stay ever!

We had an incredible trip to Secrets Cap Cana! The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. The resort was clean and well-maintained. The variety of restaurants was impressive, and we never had to wait for a table. The food was delicious, especially considering it was all-inclusive. The 24-hour room service was a nice perk. The resort offered a perfect balance of relaxation and activities, with plenty to do for guests of all ages. Our butler, Nelson, went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. we highly recommend this resort!

We recently had a fantastic stay at a beautiful adults-only resort that exceeded our expectations. The location was breathtaking, with a pristine beach and a stunning infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff and a concierge who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The variety and quality of the food at the restaurants were outstanding, especially the Italian and French options. We also enjoyed the fun activities and the convenience of having goodies brought to our lounge chairs by friendly servers.

There was a slight language barrier with some of the workers, making communication difficult at times.
