I had the best experience staying at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The VIP service through customs was a game-changer, allowing me to be on the beach just 15 minutes after getting off the plane. The villas were absolutely gorgeous, and the little details like the orchids everywhere added a special touch. Having access to a golf cart and bikes allowed me to explore the entire property, including the stunning Ojos Indigenas ecological reserve. The sunrises were breathtaking, and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the nearby golf courses.

Our family had an amazing trip to a beautiful resort. The villas were stunning and located right on a private beach, which was perfect for our family. We loved the high-end, professional service we received throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were always happy to accommodate our needs.

It would have been helpful if the restaurant had a more clear tipping policy. We found it confusing and were unsure about who to tip and how much.

We got incredible value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The location was perfect, with a stunning beach just a short walk away. The staff treated us like VIPs, taking care of every detail and making sure our stay was exceptional. We can't wait to come back!

Breakfast delights, but could use a bit more variety.

The location of the hotel is great, right by the beach in Dominican Republic. Guests can enjoy the beautiful beach and even visit the nearby La Yola restaurant. The rooms are well-maintained and stocked with amenities like water, coffee, and towels. The service is exceptional, with housekeeping cleaning the room twice a day. There are also facilities like golf courses and a spa for guests to enjoy.

The food at Playa Blanca restaurant, located in the Westin, is not up to par with the other dining options at the hotel.

This hotel boasts exclusive amenities that made our stay luxurious. The service was outstanding, and the Spa & wellness centre was beautiful. We enjoyed the sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. The beach access was fantastic, with massage options and ample sun loungers. The garden area was well-kept, and the Spa lounge had a steam room, foot massage, back massage, and head massage. The leisure/TV room was comfortable and provided a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant served continental breakfast, and the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area served refreshing drinks. Dinner was delightful, and the private facilities were exclusive. The location advantages were excellent, and the room advantages were luxurious.

The only minor issue we experienced was a lack of beach umbrellas. Although the beachfront was fantastic, we felt there could have been more shading options.

We recently stayed at Tortuga Bay for a relaxing vacation. The staff, including Malvis, Camacho, Andres, and Emmanuel, made our stay truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed as they greeted us by name. Having a dedicated villa manager and a hotel cellphone for 24/7 access provided excellent service and security. The use of a golf cart allowed us to explore the entire Punta Cana development, including the beautiful beaches, other hotels, nature preserves, and residential neighborhoods. The attention to detail and the private golf cart for each room were fantastic features. We also appreciated the VIP airport drop and lounge, which saved us time. The facilities, amenities, and rooms were great, and the food exceeded our expectations. Tortuga Bay is a must-experience hotel, and we will definitely return!

Would recommend this hotel for better hospitality training among staff. While the rooms had nice decor, the staff's level of hospitality could be improved.

Fantastic service from start to end. Super nice staff taking care of us at every second. Large rooms with nice colonial furniture, balconies, and marble bathroom. Excellent food and service at the Bamboo restaurant. Overall a fantastic experience. Highly recommend Tortuga Bay.
