The resort was beautiful with well-maintained and clean grounds. The room was spacious and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. The beach was the best we have seen in the area, with clean water and soft sand. There were plenty of cabanas and lounge chairs, so we never had to struggle to find a spot. The fact that we didn't need to make reservations for dinner was very convenient. The complimentary massage we received was also a nice touch.

The pools were not heated, and we would have appreciated a hot tub. The area where our room was located was poorly lit at night, and additional lighting would have made us feel safer.

My recent stay at Zoetry was exactly what I needed - a relaxing and peaceful retreat. The room was beautiful and the staff, especially Butler Willyn Jimenez, went above and beyond to make our stay special. The resort offers a good variety of restaurants with delicious food and reasonable prices. The wifi coverage was excellent throughout the hotel, keeping me connected throughout my stay. The beachside restaurant was a highlight, with friendly staff and a lovely beach to enjoy. it was a perfect experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ensuring that our needs were met. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to the beach and pools. We enjoyed spending our days by the water, soaking up the sun and taking advantage of the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the room service provided a great range of options and the food was always delicious.

On the other hand, there were a few things about our stay that we found disappointing. Secondly, we were not impressed with the quality of the food.

Our 13-day stay at Zoetry in Punta Cana was simply perfect. The beautiful beach, spa, and delicious food made our experience unforgettable. The Indigo breakfast restaurant offered high-quality dishes with an oceanfront view, and the service was impeccable. Special thanks to Alejandro, Fernando, Roberto, Marcelo, Altagracia, Seferino. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and we can't recommend this hotel more.

The room was nice with a lovely patio and the beach areas and pools were well maintained. Drink service on the beach was good with friendly staff. The food at the restaurants was delicious and there was a good variety. Special thanks to Alejandro, our butler, and the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay perfect and happy. The resort provided a relaxing atmosphere and had good wifi coverage throughout.

The property has been bought by Hyatt, so improvements are expected in services like bars, restaurants, gym, and maid services. The room and patio with day bed were nice. Grounds, beach areas, and pools were well-maintained. The best restaurant was Piragua, with exceptional service. The staff is there to please, with good food at all restaurants.

Very relaxing all-inclusive resort. The room was really nice and all the staff was very helpful. Big thanks to our Butler Willyn Jimenez, who went out of his way to make our stay extra special. This resort is for those who want to relax, which is exactly what we were looking for. Food was good for an all-inclusive resort. Good diversity of the restaurants, so we were able to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel everyday without getting tired of the selections. They also have a really nice clothing/gift shop at the resort with extremely reasonable prices. Finally, the resort had very good wifi coverage all over the hotel, which was extremely helpful for staying connected.

The hotel breakfast could have been better.

The surroundings were stunning, with beautiful green grass, trees, and bushes. The rustic style of the resort was a perfect fit. The interiors and exteriors were lovely, and the 24-hour room service was a great feature. The menu for room service was extensive, and the restaurants offered a varied and changing menu. The Piragua restaurant was particularly enjoyable, and there were daily outdoor barbeques and evening events to keep guests entertained. The staff were professional and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.
