I had an incredible time at this water park hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless public areas and pools. The staff were welcoming and professional, from the friendly receptionist to the talented animation team. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a variety of entertainment shows in the evenings and a convenient on-site supermarket and pharmacy. The pools were great for both kids and adults, with lifeguards ensuring safety. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the ice cream, drinks, and food available right at the pool area were a convenient treat.

My stay at Pickalbatros was amazing. From the moment I walked through the reception, everything was great. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with an amazing view. The hotel itself looked just like the pictures. The food was really good, especially the freshly made Arabic specialties. The staff was fantastic, providing great service from the cleaners to the waiters. The entertainment was endless, with foam parties, color parties, fire nights, and belly dancing. The water park was a hit with my grandchildren, and the beach facilities were fantastic. I had a wonderful massage at the spa as well.

Nothing could have been better.

Had a blast at the aqua park with my kids. The rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the shows and activities in the evening. Overall I recommend this hotel for families.

As a group of friends, we loved the endless fun at the water park and swimming pools. The all-day activities kept us entertained and the food selection was excellent. The staff were cool and always ready to help with a smile.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right next to the water park and even better, my room overlooked the park, which was great! The amenities here are amazing! There is an open theater, sports bar. The staff was exceptional, providing room service and bell staff/porter. The housekeeping kept my room spotless and the limousine service was a great touch. The leisure facilities were incredible- indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a spa & wellness centre, night club and aqua park. There was also a tennis court, mini-golf, table tennis, and more!

I would recommend this venue to any of my friends without a doubt!

The sports bar adjacent to the reception has an inviting and lively atmosphere that is perfect for socializing. The Morocco restaurant presents an array of delicious meals and the staff are welcoming and attentive to guests. Albatros Aqua park is amazing, with 59 different water slides and an all-inclusive program that offers plenty of food and drink options throughout the day.

Some of the water slides are only suitable for children or have requirements that make them unusable for some adults.

We had a great time during our vacation! The food was good and we especially liked the variety of options available. The staff was helpful and accommodating, making sure our family was taken care of. We were lucky to have been upgraded to a spacious and comfortable room. The entertainment was enjoyable, from the mini disco for kids to the amazing international shows at night. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to move between sister resorts.

The sun and heat can be harsh during certain hours, so it would've been helpful if there were covered pools or shaded areas to protect young ones. The drink selection could've been improved as drinks were not as cold as we preferred.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience. The service was exceptional, and the staff was very helpful. I enjoyed spending time at the Spa & Wellness Centre, where I had an incredible massage. The outdoor swimming pool was fantastic, and it had comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The hotel's BBQ facilities were perfect for a family day out, and the aqua park was a great way to spend the day. The garden area was well maintained and had wonderful landscapes.

The poolside snack bar was okay, but the food variety could have been better. However, this minor issue did not affect my overall experience, and I had a wonderful time at this hotel.

The water park at Pickalbatros was absolutely amazing! We had so much fun enjoying the thrilling rides and slides. The staff, especially Ahmed Yahia at reception, were incredibly helpful and provided excellent guidance throughout our stay. The resort itself had fantastic facilities and the staff were well-trained and attentive.

Although our overall experience was great, there were a couple of drawbacks. Additionally, the food at the restaurant was of average quality, lacking variety and flavor.
