The staff were incredibly hospitable, professional, and punctual. The beach had great snorkeling spots for kids. The pool was enjoyable, and the food was delicious. The animation team provided a variety of entertaining activities, and the DJ was impressive. I would definitely return for another visit.

We had an amazing Easter holiday at this resort. The complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice touch, as was the beach location with stunning views. We also enjoyed the variety of activities available for all ages and the attentive staff.

The WiFi was quite spotty and slow, which made it difficult to stay connected. some areas of the resort were not as clean as we would have liked.

We loved the amazing improvements at Jaz Belvedere! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even planted a tree in our honor, and we got engaged here! The cleanliness of the rooms and public areas was outstanding, thanks to our housekeeper Abdel Hamid and the hardworking Bahaa. The bar staff, including Ramy, Karim, and Amr, were fantastic. Ahmed el Helw, Alaa Eldin, and Mahrous. The animation team, led by Duff and including Karina, Waled, and Viktoria, brought the place to life with their energy and entertainment.

Felt so at home, nothing was too much trouble.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities like a well-equipped health club and spa center. The outdoor heated swimming pool and sun loungers were relaxing. The beach access was perfect for a refreshing swim. The restaurant offered a fine dining experience with a wide range of dishes. We loved the special diet menus. The staff provided excellent service. The location advantages provided easy access to different entertainment options.

We found a minor issue with the live entertainment not being up to our expectations. our stay was amazing and we highly recommend staying here for a luxurious holiday experience.
