Friendly staff, great food, beautiful location, exceptional cleanliness, and marvelous view.

My stay was incredible! The staff was always friendly and welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the complementary breakfast and dinner, as the food was excellent and diverse. the location was ideal, whether to stay in and relax or explore the surrounding area.

I did have a negative experience during my stay. Although the situation was quickly resolved and the staff was apologetic, I did have a problem at the restaurant that left me slightly unsatisfied.

The hotel is located on the sand, right on the beach, offering stunning views of the ocean. It is also conveniently close to various city attractions. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is well-maintained. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, ensuring that every request is attended to promptly. The breakfast is delicious and there are various facilities available for guests to enjoy, such as a heated pool and a restaurant serving tasty food.

Some guests have mentioned that the rooms with a panorama view lack a balcony, and there have been instances where the glass walls were not cleaned properly.

This hotel provided us with luxurious amenities that met our needs. The indoor and outdoor swimming pool, along with the sauna and jacuzzi, were amazing. The massage was relaxing and the spa center was peaceful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed the poolside snack bar. The staff was attentive and the location with beach access was great.

The only minor issue we encountered was an incident during our dining experience. However, the staff handled it professionally and provided us with an apology for the inconvenience.

I had an incredible experience at a hotel in El Alamein. The staff members, from the check-in to the cleaning staff, were delightful and always eager to help. The hotel building itself was breathtaking, and the views were stunning. The food was excellent, with a special mention to the grilled chicken I had on my last night. The pool on the fourth floor also offered a wonderful view and had helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious amenities and helpful staff.
