From Mr Dawood providing excellent service at reception to Chef Ahmed Fawzy's delicious dishes, the experience is top-notch. the poolside service is efficient and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. the kids' aqua area is safe and entertaining, and the variety of pools caters to all preferences, making every moment enjoyable.

My recent stay at this resort was an experience like no other. I mean, where else can you find a water park that rivals the best? And don't get me started on the art promenade—it's a whole new world. The conference center? Top-notch. The food? Insane. Oh, and did I mention the serene terrace with a Jacuzzi? Pure bliss. The spa, the golf, the beach—everything was just spot on. And guess what? My kids thought I was the coolest dad ever for bringing them here! Cheers to that!

Great Animation Team and Varied Food Options

My recent stay at the hotel was overall positive, with the standout features being the energetic animation team who organized fun activities for both children and adults, as well as the diverse and delicious food options available at the buffet. However, improvements could be made in terms of room quality and Wi-Fi connectivity.

The Executive Suites were large enough, comfortable, and always clean, with a pleasant pool-view balcony. The private beach was a peaceful spot to enjoy the sunshine without feeling crowded by others.

I had to change rooms due to a constant loud water-pipe sound, making it unimaginable to sleep. The room looked a bit old and outdated, and there were mold spots in the bathroom.

I chose this hotel for a business mixer as it provides a virtual technology ballroom that can accommodate up to 1400 delegates, a grand ballroom for 600 guests, and a meeting room with spectacular views. The facilities were well-equipped and conducive for professional events.

The only service I missed for work was a dedicated business center with private workspaces.

Gourmet Dining Experience: One evening, I indulged in the most delectable array of freshly prepared sushi at the Asian restaurant. The talented sushi masters put on a show, crafting each delicate piece with precision and passion, leaving me feeling like a royalty with a private culinary performance.

I recently stayed at Steigenberger in Hurghada for a business trip, and I must say, I was quite impressed with the fitness center. The facility offers the latest fitness equipment and is available 24 hours a day to all hotel guests. It was refreshing to be able to maintain my workout routine even with my busy schedule. The variety of equipment allowed me to have a well-rounded workout, and the extended hours provided flexibility for my exercise regimen.

Level of communication at the reception is not unified.

The kids had a blast at the "Magic Garden" - a wonderland for little explorers, filled with thrilling slides and splashy fun. Meanwhile, my wife and I indulged in a romantic in-room couples' Jacuzzi retreat, complete with an expansive private terrace offering stunning views of the golf course and the Red Sea. This idyllic escape is a haven for families, making it a memorable vacation for everyone.

My kids wished for more kids' activities to be available throughout the day.

we were truly blown away by aqua magic, from the caring staff, tasty food, and enjoyable aqua park. rooms were clean and spacious, making our kids very happy. a special mention to helpful Ahmed at the front desk. the resort had many activities to keep us entertained, including lazy river and water slides. the beach, although a short walk, was well-maintained with helpful staff.

I recently stayed at Steigenberger in Hurghada for a relaxing vacation. The hotel impressed me with its professional and attentive staff, delicious food, and excellent facilities. The spacious rooms and multiple heated pools provided both comfort and privacy. The all-inclusive package exceeded my expectations, with breakfast available until 12:00 and a beach snack bar offering tasty treats all day. The hotel's location was fantastic, with shops and a supermarket nearby. Steigenberger is the perfect choice for a special vacation.

The hotel is conveniently located near a private beach at another Steigenberger resort, the aquarium, and Senzo Mall. The animation team is impressive. The rooms are spacious and clean with great amenities. Guests report excellent service, delicious food, and an abundance of variety in the restaurants. The Italian restaurant gets particular praise.

The only downside is the wait for a room on arrival, which can take up to four hours.

I had a BLAST at the hotel in Egypt! the staff was super friendly and the service was top-notch. the heated pools were a great choice in chilly weather. Would definitely visit again! the rooms were even better in person than in photos.
