The mattress on the bed was uneven and too short on one side, leading to discomfort and interrupted sleep.

We loved the location of this place! It was right in the heart of everything, within walking distance of all the cool spots we wanted to visit. The service was amazing and the staff here treated us like royalty. We also appreciated all the amenities that this hotel had to offer; everything from the in-room air conditioning to the bar/lounge area was just perfect.

The TV wasn't working well and when I asked for someone to come up to fix it, I received little to no help. The surrounding area did not feel safe and it wasn't in the best of neighborhoods, but it was quiet enough for a good night's sleep.
