I stayed at this luxurious hotel and I absolutely loved it. The location was great, with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful and even allowed me to check in early. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the shower was amazing. The hotel also had a nice pool area and a restaurant with delicious food. it was a fantastic experience.

The noise levels were unbearable, especially on New Year's Eve when there was a loud artist performing. The hotel failed to inform us about the noise in advance, and it made it difficult for children to sleep.

The location is perfect, with a taxi park nearby and close proximity to the airport. The room was comfortable and the hotel provided excellent WiFi. The chef went above and beyond to accommodate my food preferences. it felt like a home away from home.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Addis Ababa. The front office person, Eden, was incredibly friendly and always had a smile on her face. My room was upgraded to a king twin room, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The warm water in the bathroom, along with the comfortable bed, pillow, and blanket. The staff, especially the breakfast head boy and the room service and cleaning staff, were hardworking and provided excellent service. The coffee and snacks at the coffee shop were delicious, thanks to the staff member Meaza. The breakfast at the top floor lounge was always fresh, hygienic, and tasty. I also appreciated the free shuttle service from and to the airport, which was a big help. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and enjoyable stay.

The rooms were well-appointed and of high quality, providing us with a comfortable and intimate setting. We also enjoyed the excellent service and delicious food at the restaurant inside the hotel. a fantastic experience.

There were a few aspects that fell short of our expectations. the intensity of lighting in the rooms was poor, making it a bit dim.

The poolside bar/restaurant is nice. Afternoon/evening music is enjoyable. The staff is helpful.
