Friendly staff, central location, parking available, pet-friendly, comfortable room, newly remodeled bathroom.

During our recent stay, we were pleased to find that the hotel offered free parking and was in a great location close to the pilgrimage site. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the complimentary candles for the procession. Additionally, the hotel had a restaurant, cafe, and souvenir shop available for our convenience.

We were disappointed with the outdated rooms that could use an update. Additionally, the walls were quite thin, making it difficult to sleep due to hearing noises of people walking in and out along with their conversations.

During my recent stay, I was pleased with the convenience of the hotel's location. It was just a short walk away from the main attractions, including the Sanctuary. my room was surprisingly spacious and had a lovely view overlooking one of the bustling shopping streets. The bathroom was also quite large, providing ample space for comfort. The service at the hotel was exceptional, with the staff always ready to assist and accommodate any requests. The breakfast included in the package was simple but satisfying, with a variety of options to start the day with. the hotel offered facilities such as a restaurant, café, and souvenir shop, adding convenience and value to the stay.

There were some minor inconveniences, such as thin walls that allowed for easy sound transmission.

Not one thing

The hotel is conveniently located near the pilgrimage site, with just a short walk to the grotto and town. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms, although small, are clean and the bathrooms are decent. The breakfast provides a variety of options, including croissants and crusty bread with jam and butter. Guests can enjoy a lovely view from the 6th-floor rooms.

The crib provided for the baby was in poor condition and the room was too small to comfortably accommodate a family with a baby and two dogs.

The staff at Acadia were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us with all our needs. They even provided a crib for our baby, although the room was a bit cramped for all of us. The meals included in our package were delicious and plentiful, and the view from our 6th-floor room was amazing. Despite a few small drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel. it was a fantastic value for the price.
