Loved being able to feel "completely autonomous" while still enjoying hotel services. "Le Cercle" was great, with free borrowable items. The location was central and convenient. Had a great time at the fitness center and enjoyed the free WiFi and concierge services.

One of the downsides of the hotel was that there was only one English language TV station available. However, the wifi was very strong so we were able to stream shows on our devices instead.

We loved the excellent location near the city centre/Vieux Lille. The hotel is modern and recently opened. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean with comfy beds and good wifi. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel is close to the train station, old town, and shops, making it convenient for exploring the city. There is also a little kitchen in the room, which was handy for cooking our own breakfast. As young families, we appreciated the safe surroundings and the view of the courtyard. There is also free hot chocolate and coffee available 24/7, which was a nice touch.

The apartment was surprisingly spacious for four adults, with two floors and a separate bedroom and living area. The staff were friendly and spoke English fluently, making communication easy. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. Plus, the apartment was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay.

The breakfast was overpriced, so we chose to eat elsewhere. there was a gap between the end of the bed and the headboard, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.
