The value for money at the hotel was exceptional, especially considering the beautiful room we had at Chateau De Riell. The location was perfect, surrounded by tranquil forests and a peaceful creek. The staff treated us exceptionally well, providing excellent service and assistance throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

I had an incredibly luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. The Spa center and heated rooftop pool were the perfect place to unwind and pamper myself with body scrubs, facials, and full body massages. The sun terrace and garden area offered a peaceful oasis to relax and soak up the sun, while the exceptional service and pristine surroundings truly made me feel like royalty.

The only minor issue I experienced during my stay was a limited selection of food at the in-room breakfast. However, this was quickly resolved by the friendly staff who offered an array of options at the restaurant and bar.

I spent New Year's Eve at this charming hotel and it was an outstanding experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and even had an amazing view over the surrounding mountains. The food served was delicious and not too pricey. I loved that the hotel was in a picturesque location close to several natural hot springs which made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

That the hot springs could be a bit crowded at times. the town nearby was a bit far so if you want to explore the area more, you would need to drive for a bit.
