The location is great, only a 1km hilly walk to the grotto. The staff are extremely kind and friendly, providing excellent service. The spa staff, morning front desk crew, and the manager went above and beyond. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are large with clean sheets and plenty of pillows. The view of the river Gave is stunning. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a wide variety of options. Free wifi and parking are available.

The staff at Belfry & Spa By Ligne St Barth are incredibly welcoming and attentive. The hotel offers high-end toiletries, a beautiful interior, and a nice atmosphere in the lobby. Its own carpark is a great convenience. As foreign tourists, we enjoyed the luxurious rooms with balconies and river views. The many plump pillows, tea and coffee in the room, welcome drink, and welcome bottle of water added to our comfort. The location is ideal, away from touristy areas yet close to the Lourdes Grotto, shops, and excellent restaurants. The staff also provided helpful recommendations for restaurants, hair salons, and mani-pedi salons. it was a wonderful retreat and the bathroom amenities were a nice touch.

I enjoyed the complementary breakfast, and the fact that it was served until late morning allowed for a leisurely morning. The location was great as it was close to local restaurants and attractions. The views from our room were amazing with a stunning panorama of the city. the staff was always friendly and welcoming which made our stay more enjoyable.

One of the negatives was that the electric vehicle chargers were not working, which caused some inconvenience during our stay. The other downside was that the hallways were covered in a fake grass carpet, which didn't match the lobby's decor.

The elevators in the hotel were not in optimal condition, causing occasional inconvenience during our stay.

Our stay here was a truly luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities including the spa center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage treatments were top-notch. The sun terrace and garden area provided a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring the city. The full body massage was the perfect way to unwind and the facial left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The private facilities in the room were also a great perk, including the in-room breakfast and the snack bar. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, with many landmarks and restaurants within walking distance.
