The staff at this hotel are amazing, always helpful and kind, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are clean and well kept, with attention to detail and basic amenities provided.

The size of the room, which was quite small and didn't have air conditioning. However, other than that, everything was amazing.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The location is superb, with easy access to all the main attractions in Paris by metro. We loved being in the center of Paris and close to everything. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms on the upper floors offered a beautiful view, and the air conditioning was a bonus, especially during the hot summer days. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great start to our day of exploring.

I recently stayed at Bonne Nouvelle and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to provide helpful tips about the city. The rooms were equipped with new and comfortable amenities, and the view from the window was delightful. The hotel's location is superb, situated near a bustling street filled with vibrant bars, cafes, and shops. Additionally, it's conveniently located near multiple metro stations, making it easy to explore Paris.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, just minutes away from Bonne Nouvelle metro station. The location was fantastic, with plenty of cafés, bars, and restaurants in the area. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and the rooms, although small, were modern and well-equipped. The bathroom, while a bit tiny, was sufficient, and the toiletries provided were of good quality. I particularly enjoyed the Nespresso machine in the room. The staff, especially the young man at the check-in desk, were friendly and attentive. my stay at this hotel was great value for money.

Celebrating New Year’s Eve in a hotel is always great. The complimentary champagne and snacks were a nice touch. The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the city and restaurants and bars were easily accessible. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The noise from neighboring rooms was very disruptive and made it difficult to sleep. The elevator was tiny and unreliable, and often we ended up taking the stairs.

I had an amazing experience at a hotel in Paris. The room was very tidy and the staff, especially the reception and cleaning staff, were super friendly. The location was perfect, with easy access to major highways and bus lines. There were also nice restaurants in the area. One particular incident stood out to me - when I had a technical problem with my room card, a staff member arrived within just five minutes to solve the problem. It was truly impressive. I would rate this hotel a ten out of ten and highly recommend it to other tourists visiting Paris.

Although my stay was excellent, there were a few minor drawbacks. The communication from some of the staff members was poor, as they seemed disinterested.
