The hotel is conveniently located near the TGV station, making it easy to access for business travelers. The hotel's breakfast was disorganized and lacked cleanliness, with dirty glasses and plates.

The air conditioning was really powerful and made a big difference during the hot weather. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds and fresh food served at the restaurant. The location was convenient for getting into town and the shuttle was a good option for travelers without a car.

The WiFi was not working during our stay, even though it was promised on the hotel website. The location was also far from the town itself and the shuttle was a bit inconvenient.

Stayed here to catch a morning train. Lovely room, comfy bed, big shower, and great tea and coffee. Breakfast buffet had lots of delicious cakes. Close to TGV station - 10 min walk.

During our stay at Mercure, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean rooms. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were also impressed by the large car park, which gave us peace of mind for our rental car.

The pool area was absolutely wonderful, with comfortable loungers and a refreshing atmosphere. The lounge and reception area were spacious and comfortable, creating a relaxing environment for us to unwind in. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep.

For our last night in Avignon, we were thrilled to find a hotel that was conveniently close to the city center. It was a relief to be able to easily return our hire car and take the Eurostar home from Avignon TGV. The room was comfortable, with a clean and modern bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The hotel also had satellite TV channels, including cartoons, which kept our kids entertained.

The wifi in our room was weak, making it difficult to stay connected.

I felt reassured about my safety with the carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, security system, and first aid kit. The hotel decor was charmingly Provencal, immersing me in the local atmosphere. The lively bar had a great selection of drinks and fast food.

I just loved how dirty the place was, really added character to my stay.
