I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me, as it was in a quiet suburb just a short distance from the bustling city center. The staff here really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They were always available to help with directions and recommendations, and even gave me an upgrade upon arrival. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a comfortable bed and a big, beautiful bathroom. The air conditioning was also a great bonus, as it kept the room nice and cool during the warm weather.

This hotel is highly recommended for families. The amenities and services provided are perfect for those traveling with children.

We had a great experience staying at a mid-range hotel in a wine merchant district. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the city center, the riverside, and the famous pedestrian shopping area. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options and the bar and patio area were great for relaxing. We also appreciated the amenities such as the fitness center, sauna, and spa. it was a pleasant stay.

The exterior of the building was in need of some renovation.

The staff at Mercure Bordeaux Chateau Chartrons were incredibly friendly and bilingual, making it a great choice for travelers who don't speak French. They were accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value and fantastic staff.
