Despite being so close to the train station, the room was surprisingly quiet thanks to excellent acoustic insulation. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a wide selection of tasty options. The staff were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nantes.

The air conditioning in the room was not up to par, making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Despite mentioning this to the staff, it wasn't resolved and we had trouble sleeping due to the heat.

The staff at Mercure were incredibly helpful and friendly. When we arrived, the receptionist went out of their way to accommodate our late check-in and even arranged for food to be prepared for us despite the kitchen being closed. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the modern decor throughout the hotel. The location was also very convenient, being close to the train station. I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.
