It was also within an easy walk of the main town center, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff were all very friendly and eager to help, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. The amenities in the hotel were top-notch, with comfortable rooms that were clean and spacious. I appreciated the little touches like the cold water in the fridge and the in-room air conditioning. The breakfast was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh and tasty options available. I felt like this place went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

We were delighted with our stay at Novotel. The hotel's location was convenient, with a metro station nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We loved the convenience of the nearby Japanese garden and the supermarket within walking distance. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with the metro nearby. This hotel has fantastic value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was also great, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within easy walking distance. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet and a lovely pool area where we spent a lot of time relaxing.

While our experience at the hotel was overall very positive, there were a few minor downsides. the parking was quite expensive and there weren't many other options available.

The check-in process was a bit unconventional with no reception desk, staff approaching guests for check-in on a tablet. It felt less professional.
