We had a fantastic stay at this cosy and friendly hotel in central Chamonix. The location was perfect, being very close to the railway station and pedestrian shopping streets. We were able to easily walk to both cable cars in about 10 minutes. Despite the rooms being rather small, they were fresh, clean, and comfortable. The ski room with boot heaters was a great feature. The breakfast provided was very good and the bar and restaurant were nice. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

We loved the convenient location of Pointe Isabelle, right in the heart of everything. The hotel's restaurant had great vegetarian and vegan options, perfect for our dietary preferences. The spacious rooms were well-furnished and had unique design touches. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, which can be rare in this area. Additionally, the hotel had a fantastic ski room in the basement for storing equipment, a bonus for those who love winter sports.

The hotel was in a great location close to transportation and all the action. The bistro was a decent option to grab a quick bite to eat. the hotel offered two complimentary amenities which was a nice touch.

The rooms were small and not always cleaned daily. The temperature control was also an issue, as the rooms were not adequately heated.

The sauna was a unique experience with its breathtaking mountain view. The hotel also provided free public transportation, which was a super bonus. our stay was beyond our expectations and we saved money to stay an extra night. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the center of town and close to ski hire and transportation. The room was small and cosy, but it suited our needs. The bathroom was good and we enjoyed having evening drinks in the bar downstairs. The locker room was great and we would definitely come back. We didn't try the breakfast, but everything else was great at Pointe Isabelle.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights and I can't recommend it highly enough. The staff were friendly and the wifi was the fastest I have ever experienced. The rooms were spacious with excellent views and the walk-in shower and open wardrobes made unpacking easy. The location was perfect, right in the centre of town with easy access to shops, lifts, and restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again on my future visits.
