The location couldn't have been better - very close to the Melting Pot pub and within easy access to everything we wanted to visit. The staff were amazing, always helpful and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. The bathroom was recently renovated and very modern. The breakfast had a good selection of local items and was worth the price. we had a great experience.

The staff were excellent, allowing us to leave our luggage after check out and providing helpful recommendations. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the room had a beautiful view of Toulouse. amazing stay during our honeymoon in toulouse. victor hugo exceeded our expectations with the comfortable bed, helpful staff, and fabulous shower. great location with double glazed windows for a peaceful night's sleep. coffee machine downstairs and aircon was a plus.

There was even a handy lift to our quiet room on the 6th floor. a great experience that exceeded our expectations.
