The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, with easy access to tourist attractions and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a bottle of wine and a rose on Valentine's Day. The room is quiet, with strong Wi-Fi and a warm shower.

The breakfast offered lukewarm sausages and eggs, and the TV in the room was broken with no solution provided by the staff.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk to the city center. We enjoyed being close to restaurants and attractions. One specific incident that stood out was the staff's attentiveness to our needs. When we mentioned that the towels were not as clean as expected, they immediately provided us with fresh ones. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and responsive staff.
