Great stay for the weekend! The staff was super friendly and although there was a language barrier, they made an effort to communicate and it was actually quite fun. The rooms were super clean and the beds were comfy. The bathrooms were beautiful and it was nice to have new bath slippers every day. The breakfast had a good variety with nice salads, fresh bread, cut cheese/ham/salami, yogurts, and free bottled water in the fridge. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop and taxis were easily available.

The only downside was the location, as it was a bit far from the downtown area. We had to rely on taxis to get around, which added to our expenses.

The pool and sauna were a great way to relax after our long travels. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel also offered an early check-in and a free upgrade to suites.

Great Location - The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the city and visit attractions. The taxi service in Tbilisi is affordable and easily accessible, so getting around was not a problem.

Unfriendly Staff - The staff at the hotel were not very friendly or helpful. They seemed disinterested and did not offer much assistance during our stay.

During our stay at Golden Palace, we were impressed by the quick action taken by the hotel staff when we encountered a problem with the room heater. They promptly offered to shift us to another room, showing their commitment to guest satisfaction. We appreciated their accommodating attitude and the excellent service provided by Keti, Nona, Mariam, Lola, and Rezi. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different nationalities. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely Easter holiday and enjoyed our stay at a hotel in the city. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We loved the complimentary Easter eggs in our room and the Easter brunch spread was amazing. The hotel was conveniently located near the city center and public transportation. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the city.

The room was quite small and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. We also noticed some mold in the bathroom, which was a bit of a turn-off.

The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel's location was convenient, close to a shopping mall for those looking to do some shopping. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, allowing us to easily stream videos. we had a pleasant stay at Fortune Palace Hotel and would recommend it to others.

I stayed in a hotel that had a great location. It was a bit away from the city center, but it was easily accessible by taxi. The area around the hotel was also surrounded by shops and restaurants, making it convenient for me to find places to eat. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the mountains. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful during my stay. The breakfast had a good variety of food options to choose from.

I did notice that there was some noise from the nearby boulevard, which was a bit bothersome at times.

During my stay at Golden Palace, I was impressed by the spacious and clean room. The circle bed was a unique and comfortable touch. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to Tbilisi Mall. The reception staff were helpful and understanding, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the availability of a water Shattaf in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch.

The view from our room was breathtaking, especially at sunrise. The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was conveniently close to popular attractions and public transportation. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

There were a few disappointing aspects during our stay. the breakfast provided by the hotel was lackluster, with limited options and not very appetizing.
