The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious. I loved the breakfast, especially the daily changing menu. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the park, old town, and shops. I also appreciated having amenities like AC, a fridge, and a kettle in my room. Despite some minor issues with the bathroom accessories and the noisy fan, my overall experience at Chao was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Batumi.

During our Xmas vacation at this hotel, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the bedroom and the comfort of the bed. The breakfast was a highlight with a variety of options and delicious offerings that we enjoyed. The hotel's key location made it easy for us to access the city's main attractions. we appreciated the hotel staff's efforts to accommodate our needs.

The staff's limited English knowledge caused communication challenges, leading to some misunderstandings during our stay. While they were friendly, we believe that better language training would significantly improve guests' experience at the hotel.
