This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. The location is perfect, right in the center with easy access to all the stores and the main square. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with round beds and bathtubs. I loved having a balcony to enjoy the view. The breakfast included multiple options, except for the missing porridge, and it was a great way to start the day.

All was well, no improvements needed.

Our stay at Hotello was fantastic! The room interior was beautifully designed and well-maintained, making it a truly luxurious experience. The staff, especially administrator Nikolas, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with a great city view and close proximity to Rustaveli. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh fruit. I highly recommend this hotel for a great value!

Renovated rooms, large and clean, with friendly staff. Convenient location near popular attractions and 24-hour SPAR. Delicious local breakfast with a variety of cheeses, jams, and honey. Can adjust room temperature easily. Stay here again without hesitation.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk to the core old town center and the Opera House. The room interior was amazing, with a bathtub in a section of the room, and the design was nicely done. The staff was very friendly and provided strong wi-fi.

The breakfast was average, but as we usually don't eat breakfast, it wasn't much of an issue for us.

The hotel's staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the free welcome drink. The location is perfect for exploring the city, as there are many attractions just a short walk away, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

The room facilities were not quite as described, and we had to request basic amenities like tea and coffee. , the room was not cleaned as frequently as we would have liked, and there was some noise from other guests in the middle of the night.
