We loved the convenient location and stunning panoramic views from our room. The terrace in the suite was amazing and provided a wow factor. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a great stay. The hotel breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the cosy breakfast area. The hotel is safe and clean, making us feel comfortable during our stay. Special mention to Ms Keta at the reception desk for her bubbly personality and the kitchen staff for their delicious meals.

We had a very comfortable and modern bed in a clean room. The receptionist, Meri, was incredibly helpful and even assisted us with our online check-in. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel for its central location and friendly service.

I had a lovely stay here! The location was fantastic, situated on a hill with stunning views of the surrounding area and plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided car hire for me, as well as offering a shuttle service to and from the airport. I also loved the housekeeping and the well-stocked mini-bar in my room, and the terrace was a lovely spot to relax.

If you're looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay with fantastic amenities, I highly recommend this hotel. The room had everything I needed, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free toiletries.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Old Town, making it easy to access all the useful facilities such as the metro, buses, taxis, and even by walking. The staff at the hotel are very friendly, especially the English-speaking ones. The rooms are clean and spacious, with well-placed power outlets and well-stocked minibars. The breakfast buffet is one of the best in the area, and there is ample seating both indoors and outdoors. The hotel also offers a lovely view from the roof restaurant during breakfast.

There were some issues with the view from certain rooms, as mentioned in one of the reviews. Some rooms on the first floor had their views obstructed by nearby buildings, while other rooms in a different block had smaller rooms but better views.

Enjoyed the Easter festivities and the complementary chocolates and drinks served at arrival. The location was within walking distance to many popular attractions, which made sightseeing convenient. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed for a good night's rest.

There was a lot of noise from construction work and a nearby club late at night, which made it difficult to sleep. The Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby, not in the rooms, which made it inconvenient for staying connected.
