We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a stunning room on the 15th floor with jaw-dropping picture windows that offered a beautiful view of the city. The bed was super comfortable and we had a peaceful and quiet room throughout our stay. The hotel's location was perfect, and the staff were not only professional and friendly but spoke excellent English, making communication a breeze. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch and the hotel also boasted amazing views and excellent dining options. We were thrilled to find out that they even catered to dietary restrictions, offering gluten-free meals. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to travelers of all ages.

The location is great, as it is within walking distance from most tourist areas in the city. We loved the view from our room and the pool facility is hard to beat. The bath had some design flaw with no edge to prevent water from leaking on to the floor.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic terrace where I enjoyed a drink and took in the view. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of tasty food to choose from. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
