We loved the central location of the hotel, with easy access to the old city, seaside, and other attractions. The friendly staff provided helpful assistance throughout our stay. The room was well equipped, clean, and comfortable, and the fast and steady wifi was a plus. We also appreciated the presence of an ATM and casino on the ground floor.

We felt right at home during our stay and had no complaints at all.

This hotel is perfectly located close to tourist attractions and many nice places, right in the heart of the old city center which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with warm and cozy bedding. The breakfast is good and tasty, with a variety of options and lots of vegetables. They offer great spa facilities, like 4 saunas and a heated pool.

Some minor issues with check-in and card terminals were reported by guests.

We enjoyed the complimentary chocolates and wine in the room, and the free breakfast was decent with a good variety of options. The hotel's location was great, easy to access many local attractions. The room itself was very spacious and had a beautiful view of the city.

There were some aspects that we didn't enjoy during our romantic escape. The pool was very small and crowded with children's swim classes.

The indoor swimming pool was just what we needed for a rejuvenating morning swim, while the sauna and steam room added an extra touch of relaxation to our stay. The Spa centre was well worth a visit, and the massages we received were the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The location was spot on for our needs, with easy access to all our planned activities.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the limited breakfast selection, however what was offered was of high quality and delicious. this hotel more than met our expectations and we highly recommend it for a luxurious and indulgent stay.
