The breakfast selection was above average, with a variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was convenient, being only a 10-minute walk to the Kiefengarten U6 tram. The room was clean and tidy.

my recent stay in munich was great, but this time arena stadt munchen exceeded my expectations! the b&b feel and cute biergarten next door were perfect for relaxing, the metro station was just steps away, and the staff was so helpful and multilingual. they even offered a convenient airport transfer. loved it!

Wifi signal was weak.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was really close to the Kieferngarten metro station and just a short ride away from the city center. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the quiet neighborhood. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

It was a bit challenging to find the hotel at first.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, a short walk from a subway station which made it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious, with a range of options to choose from including fresh pastries and fruit. The festive decorations added a nice touch to the Christmas atmosphere.

The rooms were quite small and cramped, making it difficult for our family to move around comfortably. the hotel was more expensive than expected due to the seasonal demand for rooms.
