We loved our stay at a beautiful spot on the river. The location was perfect, within walking distance of both the old and new towns, as well as the Neustatt bus and train station. The views of the river were amazing, especially in the summer. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like we were staying with friends. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a bonus sink in the room. Everything was kept very clean, which we appreciated.

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay. 😊

We had a fantastic stay on this boat! The private cabins were surprisingly spacious and exceeded our expectations. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and provided us with a map and great recommendations for our two days in the city. The location was convenient, with a 20-minute walk to the city center and even closer to the Neustadt area, which had amazing restaurants. We also loved the delicious breakfast and the excellent value for money. a highly recommended experience!

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Dresden for two days. The private cabins were even bigger than expected, and the receptionist gave us a helpful summary of how to make the most of our stay. The location was perfect, with a short walk to both the Altstadt and the Neustadt, where we found great restaurants. The hotel had a nice history, was clean and well-maintained, and provided a peaceful atmosphere by the river. The breakfast was delicious and the value for money was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I really got great value for my money at Schiffsherberge Poppelmann. The room was clean, comfortable, and had nice amenities like multiple sinks. The location was convenient, just a short walk or bike ride to the town center. The staff treated me extremely well, they were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Menu for breakfast could have had more variety.

We had a great time staying on a boat, it was a unique experience. The room was nice, with a washbasin, mirror, and even a ventilator. The noise from other guests was not a big issue, and the hotel provided free earplugs for a good night's sleep. The bike rental for exploring the city was a cheap and convenient option.

The location was not ideal, with limited connections to public transport and potential safety concerns for solo female travelers walking home at night.

My stay at this river boat was absolutely mind-blowing! The view of the Aldstadt from the river bank was jaw-dropping, especially with the picturesque cycle path running along it. We had a fantastic stay, the staff warmly welcomed us and gave helpful advice. The twin room was comfy with a super comfortable bed. The whole place was clean and well-maintained.
