We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, just behind the magnificent cathedral. The location couldn't be better - we were able to explore all the tourist and shopping areas within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted us with changing rooms and even gave us complimentary wifi. They also stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent and the room had a beautiful view of the Cologne Dom. Despite being close to the hustle and bustle, the area was surprisingly quiet. We will definitely be returning to this place in the future.
