The location of this hotel is fantastic, just right next to the train station within a few minutes walking distance. This is very convenient, especially for travelers with luggage. The breakfast served at the hotel is excellent, especially the croissant. The hotel also offers room upgrades, and the room we got for three guests was incredibly spacious.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaints at all.

During my recent stay at Kommerzhotel in Cologne, I was delighted to find that the location was simply perfect. Just a stone's throw away from the train station, it made getting around the city a breeze. I arrived at the hotel from the central station and was checking in within minutes. It couldn't have been any more convenient.

This hotel is fantastic, located right outside the main central train station. It's within a stone's throw of many good shops, restaurants, a metro station, and the magnificent cathedral. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are clean and spacious. It's great value for money. The breakfast had a decent selection of choices and the location is perfect, right next to the train station and in the center of everything.

I had a great stay here. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. The location was perfect for me as it was right next to a section door to the central station and the main shopping street, Hohe Straße. It made getting around the city and visiting the attractions, like the Dome, very convenient. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had plenty of options and provided a fantastic view of the Dome.

The hotel’s location was perfect for our city break – we were able to walk to the famous landmarks and markets easily. The complementary breakfast was fresh and varied, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. We also appreciated the modern and clean facilities in the hotel.

One receptionist was particularly unwelcoming and unhelpful, which left a bad first impression. the lack of air conditioning in our room made it uncomfortable during the warm nights.

This hotel is in an amazing location - right next to Koln train station! It's a great value for money and offers excellent service. The staff is very friendly and basic amenities are good. The rooms are in good condition and have a great view towards the DOM. The breakfast, which is included, is fantastic and has a good selection of coffee and tea.

It was especially convenient for us as we were travelling by rail. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were modern and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, and we were able to enjoy it while overlooking a stunning view. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.
