We had a great stay at this hotel during our recent trip. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation. The breakfast that was included in our stay was delicious and had a good variety of options. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the room. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better.

While there weren't any major issues during our stay, one small downfall was that the pillows on the bed weren't very comfortable. However, this was made up for by the clean and cozy bedding.

Noisy rooms with thin walls.

our 4th time in dortmund and holiday inn express was by far the best! loved the close proximity to the u-bahn and the delicious breakfast buffet. the staff were amazing, quickly accommodating our family with spacious sleeping arrangements and providing helpful parking advice. we'll definitely be back!
