The central location is fantastic, with the popular Christmas markets just a stone's throw away. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Nicely decorated room with comfy beds. Free drinks in the minibar added a nice touch. Friendly check-in staff. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the train station and in a nice part of town.

The bathroom was small and the pillow was very flat. No tea and coffee facilities in the room.

We had an amazing night at a hotel in the center of Cologne! Sightseeing and restaurants were all within walking distance. The hotel staff were incredibly hospitable, the food was delicious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more! 😊

Located right in the heart of the bustling Christmas market scene, this hotel was perfect for our festive break. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and we loved the heated bathroom floor. the breakfast had a good variety with fruits, cold meats and cheeses, plus hot sausages and scrambled eggs that kept us going throughout the morning.

The street noise did bother us at night, but considering the central location, it was something we expected. the pillows were a bit too soft for our liking, resulting in stiff necks.
