The location was breathtakingly beautiful. Staff were friendly and accommodating, with excellent English skills. The food served, including regional beers, was delightful. The morning coffee was superb. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with a fantastic coffee machine and complimentary capsules. Great value for money.

The cozy and romantic atmosphere of the hotel made our stay really enjoyable. The comfortable beds ensured that we had a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was great, as it was situated near many tourist attractions. One of the best things about our stay was the delicious breakfast that was served every morning.

We found some of the staff to be unfriendly and unwelcoming. We wished that we could have been greeted with a warmer, friendlier attitude.

Enthusiastic staff, English-speaking manager, delicious food and regional beers. Superb dinner, best breakfast ever. Ideal location for Europa Park or Black Forest visit.

On a positive note, the location of the hotel was excellent, as it was situated close to the highway, allowing for easy access. The surrounding town was also beautiful and offered a historical charm. previous guests mentioned that the breakfast provided was satisfying and the rooms were equipped with comfortable amenities.

The hotel had inconsistent customer service, with reception being closed during the afternoon and a lack of response to calls. The cleanliness of the rooms was also subpar, with evidence of old papers and dust rolls.
