The Christmas decorations throughout the hotel were stunning and really put us in the holiday spirit. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shopping and attractions. The complimentary hot chocolate in the lobby was a nice touch and warmed us up after a long day of exploration.

The room we were assigned was quite small and cramped, especially considering the price we paid. The heating in the room was not working properly and it was a bit chilly during our stay.

The hotel offered a smart and comfortable room, which was both functional and impressive. The rooftop pool was a great highlight, providing an enjoyable experience. The restaurant was of very good quality, offering delicious meals. The hotel is in a great location, within a 10 to 15 minute walk to the center and was also excellent value for the experience.

Some of the rooms lacked air conditioning and there were different standards between the rooms, so it's recommended to book a room in the newer part of the hotel. Additionally, the breakfast buffet focused more on quantity rather than quality.

Located on a hill just outside the bustling city center, Hotel Villa Hugel offers beautiful views of the town below. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, with cozy balconies to relax on. The staff provides friendly and professional service, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The breakfast spread is extensive, with fresh fruits, meats, cheeses, and a variety of dishes cooked to order. Additionally, the hotel offers amenities such as an outdoor pool, spa, and free parking.

The slightly remote location, making it a bit challenging to reach the hotel by public transport.

The location was perfect for attending a course at ERA, just a short 3-minute walk away. The main building was elegant and classy, and I loved the rooftop swimming pool, especially during the hot week I was there. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The service was fast and kind, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and convenient location.

Transportation: The hotel's location on a hill offered beautiful views of the city center of Trier. Breakfast: The breakfast had excellent and varied choices. The hotel was easy to find by car with GPS, and we had a comfortable and quiet room with a nice little balcony. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the decor was lovely. We particularly enjoyed the outstanding dinner at the hotel's restaurant, especially the venison. The included breakfast was top-notch and served in a beautiful sunny room. Check-out was easy, and we had the flexibility to leave our bags while we toured the city. We also loved exploring the Roman Ruins in Trier.

One downside was that the hotel is a bit of a longer walk from the city center than we realized. However, with a car, we found parking readily available wherever we wanted to visit.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The location was perfect, situated on a hill overlooking the city center, but still in a nice quiet suburb. I loved the fact that I could easily walk to Trier's main square and explore the city on foot.

I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.
