It made it so easy to explore the city and travel to other places in the Ruhr area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was somewhat small and lacked certain amenities such as a kettle, tea or coffee facilities. The Wi-fi was not working in our room.
