Efficient reception staff promptly handled lost luggage. Yunico restaurant staff knowledgeable about dishes and attentive to needs. Clean, spacious, and attractive rooms. Hotel offers pleasing interior and exterior views. Breakfast was delicious with friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay at a modern and comfortable hotel along the Rhein River. The spa and sauna on the roof terrace offered stunning river views and a spacious relaxation area. The room was large, clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The highlight was the beautiful view from the Spa and the well-equipped gym. The shower and bathtub were also great, and the shower gel and shampoo smelled amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's unique and funky design brings a refreshing vibe to the atmosphere. The wonderful swimming pool has the cleanest water I've ever swam in, offering stunning views of the river where you can watch ships pass by. The hotel's location is strategic, with a nearby U-bahn that provides easy access to the city center. The super fast wi-fi is excellent, and there are good restaurants around the locality.

Breakfast capacity was not able to accommodate the number of guests staying in the hotel, making it a bit crowded and waiting times for empty plates. The quality of breakfast and toiletries went down over the years, needing some improvement.

We had a great stay at this hotel in a very quiet district of the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, perfect for a family with children. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even provided baby accessories in the room. The breakfast was amazing with a huge selection of bread, and there was a playground for the kids on site. We loved the peaceful view over the river and enjoyed taking walks on the special sidewalk by the river.

Lovely and comfortable spa. Great view from the outside pool. Fantastic breakfast with a view of the Rhine.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities. The Spa center was exceptional with a beautiful infinity pool and a relaxing sauna. The Spa lounge was the perfect place to unwind with its stunning sun terrace. The massages were well executed and left us feeling refreshed. The staff were courteous and accommodating, providing us with a private facility to enjoy a picnic with a stunning view.

Although this hotel had a lot of positive aspects, it lacked public entertainment facilities. It was a minor issue, but it would have been nice to have a leisure/TV room available.

amazing stay at kameha grand! the luxurious hotel exceeded our expectations. beautiful design, spacious rooms, and a delicious breakfast with a stunning view. the friendly staff and rooftop pool were the highlights. can't wait to come back next carnival!
