I was delighted with the warm and friendly welcome I received upon arrival at this lovely hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel special, offering me a welcome drink and even serving my daughter's drink in a champagne glass. Our room was spacious and clean, with a charming corner for my daughter's bed. I especially loved the bathroom with its inbuilt speakers. The little touches like free drinks in the mini bar and fresh fruit made our stay even more enjoyable. The food in the restaurant was top-notch, and Marina was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the menu and suggesting the perfect wine. The location was great, just a short walk from the shops and with a convenient shuttle bus to the ski slopes. The hotel also had two pools, one indoor and one outdoor, which were both clean and inviting. I had a fabulous stay and would definitely return.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff. The facilities were truly outstanding, with beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, and a luxurious spa. The food was absolutely delicious, with 5 to 6 course meals every night and a fantastic breakfast spread. The attention to detail was impressive, from the thoughtful explanations in the spa to the little touches like robes, slippers, and a rucksack for our use. The location was perfect, within walking distance to town and the train station. this hotel provided a truly amazing experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled in the mountains and providing breathtaking views from the balcony of my spacious room. The service here is top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff at the front desk and housekeeping. The facilities, such as the spa and indoor and outdoor pools, are truly impressive. I was lucky enough to have the entire spa to myself for almost two hours, which was a truly serene and relaxing experience. The welcome prosecco was a lovely touch that made me feel instantly relaxed and welcomed.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Friendly staff, great location near Hausberg Bahn. Complimentary bicycles available after March 30. Nice bar with fireplace. Wonderful breakfast with homemade jams and hearty hot food. Beautiful room with balcony and mountain view.

We stayed in the Annex of Staudacherhof and it was a great room. It was spacious, quiet, and had air conditioning, which was a blessing during the hot summer nights. The mini bar items were all inclusive, which was a nice touch. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The wellness area, with both indoor and outdoor pools, was very nice. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a 5 to 7-minute walk to the city center. The beds were comfortable, and the balcony was a perfect size. The breakfast and dinner were good, and we especially appreciated the included lunch buffet. The housekeeping was efficient, and the hotel overall had a beautiful mix of modern elegance and traditional Bavarian style.

The hotel is conveniently located with buses running in loops all day to hiking trailheads. The rooms are spacious, with a great bathroom and a beautiful balcony overlooking the mountains. The customer service is exceptional, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast buffet offers a delicious selection, and the hotel also has heated indoor and outdoor pools with stunning mountain views.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed two complementary facts that added value to our stay. The lovely outdoor pool and the great variety at breakfast. The location was also key, with easy access to attractions and activities. The view from our room was amazing and we enjoyed every moment indoors.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. Our room was quite small and we could hear noise from other guests staying nearby.
