We loved this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. They spoke excellent English and were able to assist us with any questions or requests we had. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and just a few steps away from a fantastic shopping mall. We were able to easily explore the city and enjoy the great shops and restaurants nearby.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to families.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all of the attractions in the town center. It is situated very near to both the train stations in Jena, ensuring easy access to transportation. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the bathrooms are modern and tidy. The staff members are professional and helpful, providing excellent service to guests. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offers a decent selection of options to start your day off right.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel, enjoying the excellent breakfast and comfortable bed. The staff, particularly Kristin and Michaela, were exceptional, providing useful information and making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was great, with a shopping mall nearby for convenience. The rooms and bathrooms were lovely, and we appreciated the free internet throughout the hotel. The attentive and English-speaking staff added to the positive experience.

Almost perfect! Just a small concern about the barrier leading to the stairwell, as it could be a safety issue for small children. However, the hotel staff seemed on top of things and ensured the well-being of all guests.

Conveniently located near a mall, comfortable rooms with bath and shower, great view of the city, excellent breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff, enjoyable bar with a good selection of drinks.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the city's main attractions and best shopping facilities. The staff were super friendly and attentive, especially at the bar. The architecture was extraordinaire. Rooms were fairly modern, clean and decent in size.

Although the restaurant was solid, the WiFi signal was weak and costly and the air conditioning turned off before midnight and did not resume until 7 am the following morning which led to a warm room and fitful sleep. For a short business trip, it was acceptable but could be a challenge in hotter summer months.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with easy access to train stations and shopping options nearby. The rooms are well-planned and equipped with a working desk, reading light, refrigerator, safe, and comfortable beds. The staffs are trained, helpful, and courteous. I would recommend this hotel for visitors and tourists.

There were some small details that were missed for business travelers. The lack of tea/coffee maker in the room and the limited toiletries provided were a bit disappointing.
