During my city trip, I stayed at a hotel situated very close to the train station. The room and facilities were impeccably clean and well equipped. Breakfast was also quite good and had a decent selection of fruits available. Another advantage was that I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel after check-out.

My experience was ruined by a few issues. The mattress in my room was old and uncomfortable, which didn't make for a good night's sleep.

The breakfast at Grey Design was delicious with huge croissants, tasty coffee, and a nice fresh fruit selection. The staff was proactively helpful, ensuring our needs were met. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with thoughtful details such as coffee, slippers, and a vanity set. Despite some minor drawbacks, the overall experience at Grey Design was enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was great, being very near to the main shopping street and malls, as well as the main railway station. It was incredibly convenient to reach from the train station. The room was lovely, clean, and well designed, with a very comfy bed. Additionally, the staff provided all the thoughtful small details, from a well-stocked minibar to complimentary slippers.

No issues to report, everything was more than satisfactory.
