We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was cheerful and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. The free and speedy Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's quiet location near a park provided a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. We also appreciated the free parking, making it convenient for us to explore the city. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, exceeding our expectations.

I had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas at a hotel in Essen! The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable, which was great for lounging around during the holidays. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby shopping centers and restaurants. Plus, the hotel offered a wonderful breakfast buffet to start the day off right!

There were a few downsides to my stay. The parking lot was a bit tight and difficult to navigate, which was frustrating when we were carrying all our holiday gifts.

The shower in the room was a good size and provided a refreshing start to the day. We also found the hotel to be great value for money, especially during the Essen messe Games Fair, and it was conveniently located for easy access to the fairgrounds by taxi.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, making it easy to reach via public transportation. Guests can easily access Essen central station from the hotel, either by bus or tram. the hotel is situated in a quiet area with a park nearby, providing a peaceful atmosphere for guests.

One downside mentioned by a guest is that the breakfast choice was limited and there were no refills when items ran out.
