The staff provided exceptional service, allowing us to drop off our bags early and providing us with a room number even before check-in time. They even took our bags to our spacious and comfortable room while we were out. The hotel room was clean and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. The staff were also helpful with business services like printing and mailing.

The hotel itself is clean, cozy, and located just a short walk from the old town. The food, particularly the dinners, were excellent. The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of delicious Greek dishes, fresh juices, and the option to sit outside by the pool. The staff throughout our stay was friendly and multilingual, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We even received complementary breakfast when we arrived early in the morning and our rooms were ready by 9:00 am.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to all the big shops, the Palace of Knossos, and the airport. From the friendly service to the luxurious amenities, this hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, and the in-room breakfast was a special treat. The Swimming pool and Jacuzzi were pristine, and we loved the live entertainment by the pool. The Turkish bath was a relaxing way to spend the afternoon, and the sun terrace had amazing views. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to the beach and shopping.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the bar service, which was slow at times. However, this was quickly resolved and did not detract from our overall experience.

The hotel's location was also great, close to shops and restaurants but still in a quiet area. the hotel had a lovely rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the city.

That the hotel was a bit further from the main tourist attractions and beach areas, so it required a bit of driving or walking to get around. However, the hotel staff was always happy to arrange transportation for us.

BEST HOTEL! Our stay at Galaxy Iraklio was perfection. From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially Antonis, Marianne, and Anna. They went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and beautiful. The breakfast was amazing, the pool was fantastic, and room service was reasonably priced. The hotel's location between the port and city center was convenient. We couldn't fault anything and would stay again and again.
