The views from the balcony and spa were absolutely breathtaking. I felt like I was in paradise. The room had all the essentials and was quiet during my stay. The quality toiletries provided were a nice touch. The location was perfect, nestled between the town center and the tourist hub. I was able to easily explore all the nearby cafes, restaurants, and shops. The service provided by the staff, especially Leonidas and Anastasia, was outstanding. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located between the town center and the tourist hub, making it easy to access all the nearby places. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was unbeatable, right off the main pedestrian street on the side of the Caldera, making it easy to explore the castle area and other attractions in this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the warm bath tub, although I couldn't fully enjoy it due to the windy weather. The staff, particularly Yannis, provided 5-star service and made me feel like a VIP from the moment I arrived. They were friendly, professional, and always available to help. The breakfast served on the terrace each morning was a highlight, with breathtaking views and a delicious home-cooked selection prepared by Flora.

Anastasia and Jianni were available 24/7, breakfast location with a fabulous view, relaxing jacuzzi, ideal location with easy access to amenities and attractions, amazing sunset view from private pool.

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was conveniently close to the pier, Chelsea Market, shopping, restaurants, subway station, the Whitney Museum. We especially enjoyed being so near the High Line and Chelsea Market. The hotel's proximity to several 5-star restaurants and designer fashion stores was a definite plus. The lobby bar and outside lounge were also great facilities that added to our enjoyable stay.
