We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in French Harbour. The suites were beautiful and spacious, and we especially loved the well-equipped kitchen. The staff was friendly and spoke English fluently. The beach was amazing and quiet, and the free shuttle made it convenient to access. The complimentary airport shuttle was also a great convenience.

I keep coming back to this hotel because they really know how to make guests feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond when I had a medical emergency, ensuring I got the help I needed. The suite was spacious and had everything I needed. The pool was an added bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's convenient mid-island location made it easy for me to visit the West End/West Bay frequently by taxi. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the staff was friendly and helpful with all my needs.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location of Clarion Suites. Being on the main road allowed us to easily explore both the peaceful East end and the lively West end of Roatan. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Doel who was always responsive to our needs. The upgraded suite was perfect for our family, providing all the comforts of home. We were also impressed with the delicious breakfast and the inclusion of spices, perfect for hot sauce lovers like me. The pools were fantastic and the property was beautifully maintained.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with fantastic pools and the convenience of having a pool right off our balcony. The location was superb, being super close to the beach in French Harbor and allowing us easy access to both the quiet East end and the buzzing West. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a medical emergency during our stay and the staff at Clarion Suites Roatan went above and beyond to assist us. They promptly called an ambulance and stayed by our side until help arrived. We felt cared for and supported during a stressful time. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional service and care.

We loved our stay at this place! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach in French Harbor and there were even private beaches available. It was also conveniently close to everything we needed, including the airport shuttle provided by Pineapple Villas. The service here was exceptional, from the friendly staff to the various amenities offered. We enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival and took advantage of the tours and ticket assistance. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the lovely patio where we could relax and enjoy the soundproofed rooms and garden furniture.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Our weekend was amazing! We loved how our suite was equipped with a kitchen and living room, making it feel like a home. We especially enjoyed the free shuttle to the airport and the free water provided at the front desk. The dining options were excellent and had great views - we loved how the food prices were less than in the U.S. The location was perfect, with lots of activities nearby to keep us entertained.

The fitness equipment could use an upgrade, especially the clunky elliptical machine. That was probably the only downside of our stay, but we still had a great time overall.

I got great value for my money at Clarion Suites Roatan. The room was nice and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and the privacy of the hotel was a plus.

It would have been better if there were more breakfast items available.

The condo we stayed in was absolutely beautiful with high-end details and a clean, fresh atmosphere. The grounds of the hotel were amazing, with a great variety of pools to choose from. The on-site sports bar was fantastic, with a great layout and reasonably priced drinks. The view of the ocean and the pool from the condo was breathtaking. Plus, the location was great for exploring the island and visiting the remote beaches on the East end. The proximity to the best mall on the island with restaurants was also a bonus.

One downside of the hotel was the lack of a beach on-site, although the pools made up for it. The location was a bit far from the main attractions and required a car or motorbike to get around.
